Cash on delivery
You pay nothing online. When the rider arrives, pay the order total in cash. Please keep the exact amount ready. Parcels cannot be opened before payment.
Exchange and returns
We exchange or replace your order only if:
- it arrives damaged, or
- you receive a different product from the one you ordered (wrong item or wrong colour).
We do not accept returns for change of mind, so please check the photos, colour and size before you order.
How to claim
- Record a short video while you open the parcel. It is the fastest proof if something is wrong.
- Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or the video.
- Keep the product unused, with its packaging.
- Once confirmed, we send the correct or replacement product at no extra cost to you.
